PharmaBro
Pharmacy Fulfillment

30+ pharmacies. Routed per SKU, per state.

Fulfillment is the step that stalls most telehealth launches. Not the software, not the branding: the pharmacy. Negotiating the contract, qualifying a cold-chain vendor, discovering in week six that your compound cannot ship to eleven states. On PharmaBro that work is finished before you arrive.

  • 30+ compounding pharmacies, pre-integrated and already routing
  • Zero medication markup, so routing optimises for your cost
  • Cold chain handled where the therapy requires it
  • New pharmacies added to the network with no work on your side

What happens between an approved prescription and a doorstep

You never touch any of it. The routing decision is made per order, not per contract, which is why adding a state or a SKU does not turn into a project.

01

Prescription clears review

A provider licensed in the patient's state approves the case. No prescription exists before that, and the workflow cannot skip it.

02

Routing runs per SKU and state

The engine selects the pharmacy that can fill this specific compound, at this dose, into this state, fastest. That is a per-order decision, re-evaluated every time.

03

Cold chain where required

GLP-1 and other temperature-sensitive therapies route only to partners qualified to ship them, with packaging and transit time matched to the compound.

04

Transmission and confirmation

The script transmits electronically, the pharmacy confirms acceptance, and the order state updates in your dashboard and the patient's portal at the same moment.

05

Tracking to the patient

Carrier and tracking flow into the branded portal automatically. Your support team is not copying tracking numbers out of pharmacy emails.

06

Exceptions into one queue

Backorders, dose changes, address failures and returns land in a single operational queue rather than in five pharmacy inboxes.

Why routing beats a pharmacy relationship

Single-pharmacy brands inherit that pharmacy's outage, that pharmacy's state map, and that pharmacy's price. A routed network does not.

  • A pharmacy going down is a routing event, not an outage. Orders move to the next qualified partner automatically.
  • State coverage is the union of the whole network, not the ceiling of one partner.
  • A new SKU is a configuration change, not a new contract and a new integration.
  • PharmaBro takes zero markup on medication, so the engine optimises for your landed cost rather than ours.
  • Fulfillment speed and cost are both inputs to the routing decision, weighted per order.
  • You keep the pharmacy relationship visible: every routing decision is logged per order and queryable.

Licensed, logged, and auditable

PharmaBro is a software and operations company, not a pharmacy. Dispensing is performed by independent, state-licensed compounding pharmacies.

503A and 503B partners

The network is built from state-licensed, FDA-registered compounding facilities. Licensure is verified before a partner receives a single order.

State rules in the routing layer

Pharmacy selection keys off the patient's state, so a program can differ lawfully between Texas and California without you maintaining two workflows.

An audit trail you can query

Every intake version, clinical decision, script and pharmacy handoff is written to the patient record and stays queryable. When someone asks what happened in March, you answer it in a minute.

FAQ

Pharmacy questions

No. The 30+ pharmacies in the network are already contracted and integrated with PharmaBro. You choose the treatments you want to offer and the routing engine handles which pharmacy fills each order. You never negotiate a pharmacy agreement or maintain a pharmacy API.

Fulfillment is solved before you sign

That is why a PharmaBro clinic opens in 5 days instead of five weeks. Nothing about the pharmacy layer is waiting on you.
