What we decided to do differently
Four choices, made at the start, that the rest of the product follows from. Each one costs us something, which is how you can tell they are real.
Publish the price
Every tier, every transaction rate, every consult fee is on the pricing page. A price you cannot see is a price that can be set after the vendor learns how badly you need it.
Never touch the money
Your brand connects its own Stripe account. We are not merchant of record, we do not hold funds, and we cannot delay a payout, because we are not in the path.
Take nothing on medication
Zero markup. It costs us an obvious revenue line, and it is the only way the routing engine can honestly optimise for your landed cost instead of ours.
Refuse the lock-in
No contract term. Full export of records, order history and card tokens within 24 hours, any day. If we are worth paying for, we should have to keep earning it.
